From June 29th to 30th, 2017 the workshop "Data Sharing, Holocaust Documentation, Digital Humanities Best Practices, Case Studies, Benefits" takes place organized by the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI) in Venice.
The aims of the workshop are:
- Presenting the state of the art of data sharing practices and technologies starting from the experiences and results obtained in the EHRI project
- Discussing the usability and potential of data sharing in the Humanities
- Investigating the possible connections between the EHRI Project and other Research Infrastructures and Digital Humanities Projects
CeDiS-employee Dr. Cord Pagenstecher will hold a lecture on "Audiovisual Testimony Collections. Digital Archiving and Retrieval" on the first day of the conference
